FP&A Analyst
Due to the continued growth of Welbeck, our Financial Planning & Analysis team are now looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join their team.
About the role
You’ll play a key role in shaping financial insight, supporting budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans that inform decision-making. Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you’ll develop clear models and analysis that bring performance into focus. You’ll partner with teams across the business, translating financial information into practical, accessible insight. Your work will strengthen financial understanding and support improved commercial and operational performance.

About you
You’re a semi-qualified accountant with proven experience, comfortable working with complex data and building clear, scalable financial models. You bring a strong understanding of end-to-end accounting and apply analytical thinking and ownership to every challenge. Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you can balance competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
You offer hands-on FP&A experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, self-starting mindset. Above all, you bring professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to working in line with our values.

Recruitment Process
For this role, there will be three stages;
