As a Senior Administrator, you'll act as a trusted point of expertise within your service area, supporting complex imaging and diagnostic pathways while helping colleagues deliver consistently excellent administrative support. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvements, share your knowledge with others and play a key role in the continued success of the centre.

About you
You are an organised, proactive and highly professional administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are equally important. You thrive on building strong relationships, solving problems and ensuring every task is completed accurately and efficiently.
Ideally, you'll have experience within healthcare administration, diagnostics, imaging or another complex service environment, together with the confidence to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. You understand the importance of confidentiality, take pride in delivering outstanding service and are committed to creating a positive experience for every guest.
You'll bring strong organisational and communication skills, confidence using a range of systems, and a collaborative approach that enables you to work effectively with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. About Welbeck
Welbeck was founded by a group of leading healthcare specialists who strongly believed that better care was possible, and that an entirely new sort of organisation was needed to deliver this.
Through working in partnership with expert teams of doctors, architects, and operations experts, our flagship centre in London was created.
Welbeck is now a private healthcare facility like no other, with eighteen specialties all under one roof all uniquely created to put the patient first, as well as our own Surgery Centre.
Our flagship building continues to grow, with further specialties planned as well as opening two regional centres in 2026 to expand our offering beyond London.
