What You'll Be Doing
Support the theatre team to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care throughout each patient’s surgical journey.
Prepare clinical areas, equipment and stock to help theatre lists run smoothly and efficiently.
Carry out delegated care and clinical support tasks within your training and competence, following policies and agreed procedures.
Work closely with nurses, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team, reporting any concerns or changes in a patient’s condition promptly.

An effective communicator, you know how to adapt your style and tone, whether verbal or written to a range of audiences ensuring your message is clear and effective whilst contributing positively to both the patient experience and team culture. About Welbeck
Welbeck was founded by a group of leading healthcare specialists who strongly believed that better care was possible, and that an entirely new sort of organisation was needed to deliver this.
Through working in partnership with expert teams of doctors, architects, and operations experts, our flagship centre in London was created.
Welbeck is now a private healthcare facility like no other, with eighteen specialties all under one roof all uniquely created to put the patient first, as well as our own Surgery Centre.
Our flagship building continues to grow, with further specialties planned as well as opening two regional centres in 2026 to expand our offering beyond London.
